Sharing a Little
I am so excited :squee: about starting a new chapter in my life so I decided to share a bit!
Starting in December I am going to start classes at a local Buddhist center. I am going to take classes on mediation :meditation:, the history of Buddhism and other classes where I will be doing retreats outside of the U.S. I will also be taking Yoga classes at a local studio and eventually get my certification(this can take a while). After I get all of my certifications, my plan is to become and alternative healer. I will use meditation and yoga to help people cope with stress and other issues.
